Miguel Isla is a Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Miami-based South Florida Capital Markets. Mr. Isla works alongside the Hotels team, assisting with financial underwriting, market analysis, and the development of marketing materials for assignments ranging from one-off asset sales to the sale of large portfolios with responsibilities that go beyond the financial aspects of the deal involving all phases of the sales process.
Miguel has been involved in multiple roles with CBRE Hotels. Prior to joining the Miami office, in 2017, he lived in Mexico City where he played an integral role with the Investment Sales of Hotel Assets. Miguel was involved in the development and acquisition functions, focusing in single-assets and portfolio transactions across Mexico. In 2016, he joined CBRE’s Madrid office, specializing in advisory and valuation of hotel properties where he specialized in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.

During his career, Eric has advised a diverse base of investors, owners, lenders and developers of hotel and mixed-use real estate assets. Eric has advised on over $2 billion USD of hotel and real estate transactions throughout the U.S. and Latin America.
Eric began his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where he provided accounting and advisory services for clients in the financial services, banking, real estate and retail industries, for companies with over $180 billion of assets and over $10 billion in annual revenues.
During his professional career, Eric has been based in New York City and Miami, as well as Colombia, Panama and Mexico. Eric graduated from Penn State University – Smeal College of Business where he earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in accounting. He has been a licensed CPA since 2013 and holds a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management from Cornell University

In 2009, Sam embarked on a motorcycle journey from Canada to Argentina. It was Colombia, however, that caught his eye. Sam settled in Bogota, where he co-founded Colombia International Real Estate.
